First Tuesday: Intervals / Hills / Pyramid

Meet at Tadcaster Magnets Sports and Social Club for a 6:45pm start.

This is our First Tuesday session - once a month we encourage everyone to attempt a speed endurance session consisting of hill or sprint reps.

As an alternative, there will usually be the option of joining a small group for a steady paced run.
