Are you are new to running? Have already started running and are looking to improve ? Are returning from injury ? Or do you just want to get fitter and heathier by running/jogging ?
If the answer to any of those questions is "yes", then our Beginners Groups are the perfect place for you to achieve those goals.
Following on from the success of Beginners Groups run by Tadcaster Harriers over the last 7 years, a new running group has been confirmed for Spring 2020.
The new group, starting on 4 April 2019, is part of the RunTogether initiative created by England Athletics, the National Governing Body (NGB) for running and athletics; with the aim of providing fun, friendly, supportive and inclusive running opportunities for everyone in England.
There will be couch to 5k, couch to 10k and improvers groups.

There is a nominal cost of £10 for the 12 week programme. Please pay when registering for the first session.
We are also running free runandtalk runs on the second Thursday of each month. These are in support of metal health awareness and are free . There will be a 2 and a 5 mile run at each session followed by some light refreshments in the bar at Tadcaster Community Sports Trust (formerly Magnets Sports and Social Club).
