Tadcaster Harriers has run successful beginners groups in 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. See below for details of the next Beginners Group.
Are you are new to running? Have already started running and are looking to improve ? Are returning from injury ? Or do you just want to get fitter and heathier by running/jogging ?
If the answer to any of those questions is "yes", then our Beginners Groups are the perfect place for you to achieve those goals.
Following on from the success of Beginners Groups run by Tadcaster Harriers in 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, a new 10 week running group has been confirmed for Spring 2018.
This 10 week running group is aimed at beginners and those wanting to improve their running. It is fully supported by Run England and each session is supervised by qualified Running Leaders.
The group will start on Thursday 29th March, meeting at 6:45pm at Tadcaster Magnets Sports and Social Club, and run will run for 10 weeks.
